Below the circle, draw a straight line.
From the straight line, draw 2 slanting lines.
From the slanting lines, draw a vertical line that stands parallel to each other.
From the middle of the straight line, draw a small horizontal line.
Starting from the end of the horizontal line, draw a slanting line facing upwards.
Now draw 5 tiny lines. This completes the right hand.
Repeat the steps 5, 6 and 7 to draw the left hand facing downwards.
