Step:1

Draw a small curve.

Step:2

Extend the curve with a small projection.

Simillar to the step 1, draw a small curve.

Step:4

Now extend the curve as shown below.

Step:5

Connect the 2 extended curves with a horizontal line. This completes the handle of hammer.

On top of the 1 st curve, draw a small line.

Step:7

Now draw a curve starting from the line.

Draw the neck and face of the hammer as shown in the below picture.
