Step:1

Draw a big circle.

Step:2

Erase a small portion on the left side of the circle.

Step:3

Now draw 2 lines starting from the end of the circle.

Step:4

Above the 2 lines, draw another line.

Step:5

Connect the line and the circle as shown in the below picture.

Step:6

Now draw a rectangle, connecting the lines.

Step:7

On top, draw aother small rectangle. A simple whistle drawing is completed.
